CLC is one of the prominent foreign language schools in Jakarta, specialises in teaching Chinese language and culture. With more than 20 years of experience, we help our students from aged 3 to 18 years old to achieve their learning objectives: for academic/school purposes and to improve their multilingual proficiency.
Our Mandarin Chinese immersion – based programs are delivered onsite, hybrid or online, by our qualified Mandarin Chinese native and non-native speaking teachers. In addition to class meetings, we also include Daily Apps as learning support tools in our programs. Our centres are aesthetically designed to excite children’s interest in learning Mandarin.
Job Description
This permanent, full-time role will see you working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Occasionally, you are expected to participate in open houses and/or other events on Saturdays.
As Student Care, you will:

Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with students and families through mutual respect and positive interactions

Act as facilitator to assist students and teacher before, during and after class sessions
-
Manage student attendance and participation in class sessions
-
Act as liaison between teacher and parents to communicate concerns about students in class sessions
-
Handle student administrative duties, such as lessons plan reporting, follow up daily tasks, assessment correction scheduling, and so forth
Liaise with Academic Advisor and teacher to monitor students’ progress and provide insights to their learning outcomes
About The Role

Essential criteria:

Education – D3 or Bachelor qualified (fresh graduates are welcome)

Passionate about children’s education

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Experience in report writing and providing feedback to families

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
-
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with using standard computer software, such as Microsoft Office.
Effective and efficient time management and organisation skills.
