Teaching environment
We believe beautiful environments are conducive to stimulate young children’s interest and curiosity to play and learn with us. We designed our schools purposefully to create positive learning environments for our young students that encourage them to explore and learn whilst they are at CLC.
Main Chinese
（Chinese Language for school/academic purposes）
Students learn CLC curriculum specifically designed materials, which derived from school textbooks and meet standards of IPLSE, IGCSE, IB and Singapore schools. Incorporating CLC Meaning, Reading and Assessment Apps as daily interactive learning at home, students will attain better academic performance as they gain more confidence in taking real exams at school.
Foreign Chinese
(Chinese Language for daily use）
Students learn Chinese using CLC curriculum designed that meet Chinese knowledge requirements of the educational institutions in Taiwan and China. The lessons are built around practical topics and knowledge about Chinese culture that give students hands-on learning, thus give them confidence to use Chinese in their daily life. Students will be able to take an international standardized Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) to assess their competencies.
Chinese for Early Learners
（Induction to Chinese Language）
Children as young as 3 years old can join our Chinese immersion-based fun activities and programs, where students will engage in active, creative and interactive learning to acquire Chinese language skills. Our teachers will incite your children’s love for Chinese language and culture thus prepare the pathway for their Chinese language acquisition at later stages of their life.
HSK Preparation
（Chinese Language for Chinese Proficiency Test）
HSK is an international standardized test of Standard Chinese language proficiency for non-native Chinese speakers. Our non-native Chinese speaker teachers with HSK experience assist our students in their HSK test preparation. Our students gain confidence as they engage in effective revision methods and develop strategies for answering different types of exam questions, thus improve their result when taking the real HSK test.
